Cookie Policy
Effective Date: October 3, 2026
Last Updated: October 3, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Patri Inc., doing business as GTMx ("GTMx," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and applications, what each category does, and how you control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We also use local storage, which works in a similar way but stays in your browser and is not sent to us with every request. Together, these technologies let a site remember you between page views and visits.
1. What we use, and why
1.1 Essential and functional technology (always on)
These are required to run the Services and keep them secure. They cannot be switched off through our consent prompt, because the Services cannot function without them.
- Session and authentication cookies set by our application platform, which keep you signed in, carry your session between requests, and protect your account.
- Security checks from Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguish real visitors from automated abuse on our forms.
- Interface preferences, such as whether a panel was collapsed, and your cookie choice itself, stored in your browser.
- Checkout sessions handled by our payment processor when you purchase a subscription, so the transaction completes and renews correctly.
- First-party usage measurement recorded by our application platform, such as pages viewed and features used. This is aggregate operational data used to keep the Services reliable. It is not shared with advertising networks or used to build a cross-site profile.
1.2 Marketing and visitor identification (off until you accept)
These help us understand which companies are interested in GTMx and whether our campaigns are working. None of them load until you choose "Accept all".
- Apollo.io website tracker. Identifies the company associated with a visit and measures campaign performance. Apollo may set its own cookies and identifiers on your device.
We do not use cookies to sell your personal information, and we do not use them to serve third-party advertising on this site.
2. Third parties involved
The providers below may set or read cookies and identifiers when their technology runs on our Services.
| Provider | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|
| Base44 | Application hosting, authentication and session management | Essential |
| Cloudflare (Turnstile) | Bot and abuse protection on forms | Essential |
| Stripe | Subscription checkout and payment processing | Essential |
| Google and Microsoft | Sign-in with Google or Microsoft, when you choose that option | Essential |
| Apollo.io | Website visitor identification and campaign measurement | Marketing |
These providers may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions. Their own privacy notices govern what they do with data they collect independently.
3. Your choices
You control non-essential technology in three ways:
- The consent prompt. Choose "Accept all" or "Essential only". Anything that requires consent stays switched off until you accept, and the essentials carry on either way.
- Change your mind at any time. Use the control below to reopen the prompt and pick again. Changing to "Essential only" stops the marketing technology from loading on your next visit.
- Your browser. Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies and local storage. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or completing a purchase.
Your cookie choice
Reopen the prompt to review or change what you allow.
4. How long choices and cookies last
Your consent choice is stored on your device until you change it, clear your browser storage, or use a different browser or device. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Other cookies may persist for the period set by the provider that created them.
5. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or change technology on the Services. The effective date above shows when it last changed, and material changes will be reflected in the consent prompt where required.
